Data Sovereignty
The Principle of Ancestral Consent governs all data within the NNHI. We ensure that digitized heritage remains under community custodianship and serves the Naath people first.
Community Ownership
All digitized genealogies, oral histories, and ritual documentation remain under the exclusive custodianship of the NNHI and the Council of Elders. No external entity can claim ownership or commercial rights.
Elder Review
Every piece of content published requires verification by assigned lineage guardians from the Council of Elders. This ensures cultural accuracy and sensitivity.
Non-Commercial Use
Heritage materials are protected from unauthorized commercial exploitation. Any use must benefit the Naath community and receive proper authorization.
Legal Framework
The Digital Sovereignty Charter establishes the legal framework ensuring all digitized lineages remain under community custodianship, ratified by the Board of Trustees.
